Customer Service Supervisor

Pilot Company is a leading network of travel centers with a strong commitment to customer service and quality. We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team and lead our store operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong understanding of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.
This role involves supervising employees, maintaining a customer-focused culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. The successful candidate will be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment, and will be able to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of staff, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
We offer a competitive pay rate, starting at $19.78 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including fuel discounts, a nation-wide medical plan, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements:
- Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
