Regional Leader of Premier Restaurant Operations

An Area Director plays a pivotal role in our company's success. You will oversee our management staff, developing top talent within our restaurants and serving as the liaison between your team and the support center. This ensures strong communication and sets the stage for high-performing restaurants and motivated team members. Your focus will be on daily sales, marketing plans, and restaurant operations, including cost of goods sold, labor, and guest relations.
As an Area Director, you'll be eligible for monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, a 401(k) plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. What We Offer: A competitive salary, estimated to be around $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you'll have opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within our organization.
