As a Regional Sales Director at Waters Construction Company, you will be responsible for covering Hartford, Tolland, and Windham counties in Connecticut. This role is perfect for someone who is reliable, collaborative, and driven by achievement.

The successful candidate will have business-to-business experience in sales and/or service, with a strong ability to build relationships and negotiate projects. They will also be proficient in basic geometry, understand profit margins, and use efficient time management to prioritize efforts on each project.

In this role, you will receive training and education in the complete knowledge of the products and services being sold and delivered, as well as how to complete a quantity take-off from engineered drawings and manipulate data to formulate accurate estimates.

The total compensation package includes healthcare benefits, 401k after a year, vehicle reimbursement, remote working options, life insurance, paid time off, and parental leave.

$65,000 - $70,000 per year
