Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in clients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluation and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide direct therapy to clients and monitor their progress, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as an SLP.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
