As an Airfield Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting systematic evaluations of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes to help us improve and stay on track.

Your Mission:

  • Review and assess third-party agreements and business processes to ensure they align with our objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring our operations run smoothly.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced professionals to sharpen your skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements that add value to the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $58,026.92 - Maximum Based on Experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, tuition assistance, employee discounts, and perks like an on-site gym and wellness team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 6 months or more of professional experience or completion of an audit internship experience.
