Position Overview:

The Clinic Manager plays a vital role in the success of SkinSpirit. This position is responsible for establishing the clinic's atmosphere while overseeing the team and operations in alignment with our culture and values. The Clinic Manager collaborates with leadership and the clinic team to strategically position the business for sustainable growth while ensuring efficient daily operations. This role empowers and inspires the team to deliver the highest quality of service to clients.

Schedule:

Flexibility is essential for this role, as it requires availability during weekdays, evenings, and weekends to fulfill all major responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision and direction for the clinic team, articulating priorities and generating enthusiasm towards shared goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of daily clinic operations, including workflow organization, schedule optimization, client feedback management, inventory oversight, revenue performance, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the team adheres to the highest standards of client service, safety, and compliance.
  • Recruit, retain, and nurture a high-performing and diverse team.
  • Facilitate staff development through regular one-on-one meetings, Individual Development Plans, coaching, and training initiatives.
  • Enhance systems, policies, and procedures to boost efficiency and service quality.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred; a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the medical/spa industry, luxury retail, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing, leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams to achieve high performance.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a growth mindset among employees.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to unexpected situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities; capable of communicating effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient computer and phone skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new technologies.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, talking, and hearing.
  • Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds and occasionally lifting/moving up to 30 pounds.

Compensation:

Salary range: $75,000 - $125,000, determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, location, and market conditions.
