About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Family Support Coordinator to join our team at Wonder: A Confident Living Company. As a Mental Health Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting families through challenging times.

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized coaching plans to address these challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored coaching plans
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive support and resources
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the care team to ensure seamless support

We offer a competitive salary of $62-$78 per hour for direct coaching time, with additional compensation for administrative work and case management.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Counseling (required)
  • Licensure is not required, but it is preferred
  • Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families providing individual and family therapy
