At Ovivo, we provide a platform for you to enhance your expertise and professional journey while collaborating with global specialists in water treatment. As a Product Leader within the Sedimentation division, you will take charge of leadership, sales support, and training across all Industrial Sedimentation product categories.


This role operates from our Salt Lake office, embracing a hybrid work model.

Anticipated domestic travel is between 10-30%.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including Engineering, Project Management, and Marketing, to meet sales targets and maintain acceptable profit margins.
  • Offer direct field sales assistance in activities such as specification analysis, customer presentations, product application and sizing, process initiation, and technical training.
  • Identify product enhancements and standardizations while recommending new product innovations.
  • Examine customer submissions to ensure compliance with bid specifications.
  • Provide detailed equipment information to the Engineering team.
  • Develop training materials and sessions for Team Leaders and Marketing Engineers.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Project Management to address and resolve warranty or production challenges.
  • Advise on new product licensing or acquisition opportunities and support technical evaluations, negotiations, and contract development.
  • Establish controls and systems aimed at improving margins or preventing margin loss.
  • Ensure the preservation and documentation of the group's technical expertise and knowledge.

Are You the Right Fit?

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline is essential.
  • Experience in the water/wastewater sector is advantageous.
  • Professional Engineering Registration is preferred (CPEng, RPEQ, or equivalent).
  • Capability to apply advanced mathematical concepts to intricate scenarios.
