As a Territory Manager at CVRx, you will play a pivotal role that combines market development expertise with hands-on technical support, ensuring the success of our technologies in therapeutic applications. This role is dynamic and multi-faceted, offering a blend of strategic planning, educational support, and direct clinical engagement.
To be successful in this role, you offer professional presentation skills, product knowledge, negotiations, and closing sales skills to meet or exceed sales targets. Your duties will include developing and driving strategies, including resource development and deployment to meet patient implant and revenue goals.
You will ensure execution of strategies to deliver on metrics within your territory. You will also demonstrate expert proficiency with regard to Salesforce, Salesforce dashboards, forecasting, and our commercial business applications, with the ability and desire to teach others.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of complex physiological and technical principles pertaining to our technologies and therapies is essential. You will provide on-call clinical support as needed, troubleshooting, including in-service education and training physicians in one-on-one sessions, and delivery of in-service education programs for hospital personnel and staff on technical matters relating to our devices or studies.
You will also provide R&D support through customer feedback on product enhancements or new product development ideas. Additionally, you will adhere to sales management processes and reporting systems usage to ensure disciplined implementation of our commercial strategy for assigned areas.
