Job Responsibilities

The Sales Territory Manager will be responsible for growing business within their territory, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas. This role requires a strong understanding of the medical device industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Must have strong, proven sales background in the medical/hospital space. Medical device experience is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable selling in a clinical environment
  • Knowledge of the medical device industry and familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Effective and clear communication skills
  • Proven success in managing a sales territory and selling to all levels of an organization
  • Ability to travel regularly
