Inpatient PMHNP/PA

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at One Behavioral. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting, working with children and adolescents, as well as adults. Our ideal candidate is a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is committed to our mission of cultivating empowered and self-aware human beings.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients across the lifespan, with a focus on children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in bimonthly team meetings and Continuing Education Symposiums to stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in the field.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes employee satisfaction and growth.
- Board-certified PMHNP or PA with experience in child and adolescent psychiatry (preferred).
- License to practice in Texas required at the time of hire.
- Ability to integrate well with a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
