Position Overview
As the Healthcare Technology Management Supervisor, you will be entrusted with overseeing the daily operations of all services and personnel within the Biomed services domain. Your role is crucial in ensuring that clinical equipment, beds, and stretchers are maintained in compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Management of Clinical Equipment**: Ensure the repair and upkeep of clinical equipment across all facilities, implementing a robust preventative maintenance program to guarantee seamless service delivery to patients.
2. **Operational Excellence**: Utilize effective strategies to develop, supervise, and assess work processes, resource utilization, and outcomes.
3. **Financial Oversight**: Conduct financial analyses to support informed recommendations and evaluate contract opportunities, managing supplier and vendor performance and relationships.
4. **Personnel Development**: Play a pivotal role in staff development, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards while fostering interdisciplinary collaborative relationships.
5. **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with interdepartmental leadership to coordinate upgrades and implementations, collaborating with IT leadership and vendors to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Associate degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent experience.

Minimum Work Experience:
- 5 years of technical experience in Biomed equipment service.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Proficient in coaching, training, and developing a high-performing team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of standards and regulations relevant to Biomed Equipment service, including IT applications.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Windows desktop applications.
- Familiarity with Clinical Equipment Maintenance applications, with preference for HEMS Application.
- Understanding of continuous quality improvement methods and change management principles.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $143,000.00
