Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Technology Management Director to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our Biomed services and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer programs to maintain clinical equipment, beds, and stretchers in accordance with regulations and administrative guidelines.
  • Focus on the repair and maintenance of clinical equipment at our main campus and satellite facilities, including administering a preventative maintenance program to ensure uninterrupted service to patients.
  • Evaluate contract opportunities and manage supplier/vendor performance and relationships.
  • Play a major role in the development of personnel, compliance with regulatory and professional standards, and the fostering of interdisciplinary collaborative relationships.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of technical experience in Biomed equipment service.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Able to coach, train, and develop an effective team.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of standards and regulations applicable to Biomed Equipment service, including IT applications.
  • Advanced Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills.
  • Knowledge of Clinical Equipment Maintenance applications, including HEMS Application.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $143,000 per year, depending on experience.
