Position Overview
As the Healthcare Technology Management Supervisor, you will be entrusted with overseeing the daily operations of all services and personnel within the Biomedical services sector. Your role will involve developing and implementing programs to ensure the proper maintenance of clinical equipment, including beds and stretchers, in compliance with established regulations and administrative protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the repair and upkeep of clinical equipment across various facilities, ensuring a seamless preventative maintenance program is in place to provide uninterrupted patient care.
- Employ effective strategies for developing, supervising, and assessing work processes, resource utilization, and overall outcomes.
- Conduct financial analyses to support informed decision-making and recommendations.
- Evaluate contract opportunities and oversee supplier/vendor performance and relationships.

Personnel Development
- Play a pivotal role in staff development, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards while fostering interdisciplinary collaborative relationships.
- Coordinate upgrades and implementations in collaboration with interdepartmental leadership and IT teams.

Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Associate degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Work Experience: 5 years of technical experience in Biomedical equipment service and 5 years of supervisory experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Proven ability to coach, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of standards and regulations relevant to Biomedical Equipment service, including IT applications.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Windows desktop applications and navigation.
- Familiarity with Clinical Equipment Maintenance applications; HEMS Application is preferred.
- Understanding of continuous quality improvement methods and change management is preferred.

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $143,000.00
