Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Leader to join our team at Danaher Corporation. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business leaders, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, and driving business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including financial statements and regulatory filings
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA or CMA certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, including experience in a public accounting firm or large international accounting firm
  • Strong global business perspective with understanding of a multinational organization with multiple business units
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
