We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Host/Server Assistant/Beverage Runner. This position encompasses a range of responsibilities, including welcoming guests, assisting the serving team, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining a tidy dining area. Flexibility in scheduling, particularly during weekends, is essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and take initial drink orders
  • Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system
  • Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests' tables
  • Act as a bridge between the Front of House and Back of House teams
  • Assist in setting tables and organizing dining utensils
  • Clear tables of used dishes and cutlery
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the restaurant sector is advantageous but not essential
  • Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
  • Physical capability to carry heavy trays and remain on feet for extended periods
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends
