Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Abita Roasting Co. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Answer questions about the menu and food
- Sell the restaurant's food and drinks, and take payment
- Communicate orders with the kitchen staff
- Seat customers and check on them to ensure they are enjoying their meals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions
