Lead Host

Tchefuncte's Restaurant is seeking a skilled and charismatic Lead Host to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests.

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
• Recognize and greet VIPs and regular guests with a warm and personalized welcome.
• Oversee the smooth execution of events and functions, ensuring that all logistical details are taken care of.
• Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and management to ensure a cohesive and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean and organized hostess area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of hostesses and servers to ensure that all guests receive prompt and attentive service.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and loyalty.
