About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief of Staff to join our team, serving as a critical support to our leadership and driving our mission forward. This role will be the operational backbone of our organization, ensuring smooth coordination across all aspects of our work and supporting key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to the CEO and COO, helping to manage their priorities and conducting ad hoc project work to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Engage with staff and advocate as needed to prevent bottlenecking and ensure every team member has the information and feedback they need to keep moving forward.
  • Design and implement operational processes and project management structures to improve team effectiveness and ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Contribute to hiring processes and team development as we grow.
  • Support mission-critical areas to alleviate capacity constraints on other team members.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed in an ever-changing startup environment.

What We Offer

This position will be full-time, in-person at the Frolic office located in Capitol Hill, Seattle. The approximate compensation range is $80,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. If you are relocating to Seattle, we can provide a modest relocation stipend.
