We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced property training specialist to join our team at Realty ONE Group Cosmopolitan. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to real estate agents, providing one-on-one mentoring and coaching, and implementing strategies to improve agent performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to real estate agents.
- Provide personalized coaching and mentoring to help agents achieve their goals.
- Analyze agent performance data and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve agent productivity and performance.
Qualifications:
- MA Real Estate License.
- Real Estate Industry Experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Emotional Intelligence.
- Organizational skills.
- Team player.
Compensation: $50,000+
