Job Title: Early Intervention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Intervention Specialist to join our team at Criterion Child Enrichment. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with families to provide education, training, and support to help their children learn and grow.

About the Role

This is a full-time position available in our early intervention centers and community-based settings. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, and current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Two years of pediatric experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development
  • Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
