Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Secondary Physical Education and Health Educator to join our team at Mid-Michigan Area Public Schools Consortium. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver Physical Education and Health lessons that meet state and national standards
  • Develop and implement assessments to measure student progress and understanding
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive learning environment
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in Physical Education and Health education, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into the classroom

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Health Education, or a related field
  • Valid teaching certification in Physical Education and Health
  • Experience teaching high school students, preferably in a public school setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
