- Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) Work Schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive insurance education and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
- Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct timely follow-up communication with clients to address inquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
- Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
- No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidates would have their insurance license and previous insurance experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Works effectively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrates professionalism and respect in all interactions within the office environment.
