Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling insurance products and services to clients and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insurance-related information and guidance to clients
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Educate clients on our value, service, and offerings
  • Prepare and assist in contracting clients and required paperwork
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our core business partners and their products
  • Work with clients to ensure optimal coverage is offered
  • Support clients with technical support and product education
  • Maintain and update our client database

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of industry experience
  • Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent working experience
