Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Flight Coordinator to join our team at Monarch Staffing in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer and Crew Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for passengers, crew, and third-party providers, ensuring all trip details are communicated and updated in real-time.
  • Flight Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and schedule flights, coordinating with pilots, maintenance, and ground support to ensure all flights are planned accurately and efficiently.
  • Trip Planning: Assist with route planning, fuel arrangements, permits, overflight clearances, customs, catering, and any additional requirements for domestic and international flights.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Handle flight records, manifests, and all documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Expense Tracking and Budgeting: Oversee costs related to flights, including hotel arrangements, ground transportation, and other trip expenses, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about aviation, able to manage complex schedules, and comfortable with handling multiple responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in aviation operations, dispatch, or similar roles is preferred. Knowledge of flight coordination and scheduling is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience in a similar role.

Salary: $28/hour.
Location: Onsite, Philadelphia, PA.
