The Senior Liability Claims Specialist is tasked with conducting thorough investigations and managing complex litigated liability claims. Key responsibilities include:
- Investigating incidents and determining coverage matters
- Drafting standard coverage correspondence
- Collecting and analyzing evidence, reports, and medical documentation
- Assessing damages and establishing reserves
- Processing financial transactions
- Conducting interviews with insured parties, claimants, and witnesses
- Previous experience in adjusting complex litigated liability claims
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong organizational and computer proficiency
