Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and set realistic goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients and their families to promote optimal recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy to provide evidence-based care.
- Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapy licensure with no disciplinary actions pending.
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Program accredited by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Experience in either acute care hospital or outpatient orthopedics.
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred.
