Job Summary:

McBride Orthopedic Hospital is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work under the direction of the Director of Rehab or Physical Therapy to develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans of care to restore function and activities of daily living.
  • Provide preventative instruction and rehabilitation of acute or prolonged dysfunction or pain.
  • Function as a member of the rehabilitation team, participating in in-service training, quality improvement initiatives, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Current Oklahoma Occupational Therapy licensure with no disciplinary actions pending.
  • Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Program accredited by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Experience in either acute care hospital or outpatient orthopedics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification.
