Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure client systems, including hardware and software components
  • Perform hardware moves, including disassembly, assembly, and cabling

  • Conduct software and hardware troubleshooting and analysis
  • Resolve service calls in the client environment
  • Provide on-site support and maintenance

Requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of common operating systems (Win7/Win8/Win10)
  • Good hardware knowledge in the desktop and notebook area
  • Good knowledge of LAN and WLAN
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
