KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement risk-based audit and advisory programs for critical IT and business systems, adapting to a dynamic operational landscape.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, define audit scopes and objectives, and develop testing strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with management at all levels, providing expert guidance on system enhancements, process modifications, and significant operational changes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
  • Certification such as CIA or CISSP is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Security Auditing is essential.
  • Proven audit experience with a focus on technology is necessary.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and SOC 2 standards is required, with a preference for HIPAA experience.
  • Experience with various auditing frameworks is essential.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills are required.
  • Consulting experience is a significant advantage.
