We're seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Cyber Instructor - CNO Operations to join our team in the Herndon, VA area. This is an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present complex training programs for customers and in-house employees.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and staff officers to identify program needs and schedule programs.
• Assess trainees to measure their learning progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training presentations.
• Conduct training programs on complex topics and design and develop training program elements/modules.
• Provide guidance and direction to less experienced trainers using strong technical and training skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field. Minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline shall be considered equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in course delivery and instruction, including preparation of technical training courses using multiple methods of learning.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience crafting lesson plans and/or instructor guides incorporating adult learning principles and all essential elements for instruction.
• Minimum 2 years of Sponsor-specific cyber operational experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills, including expressing facts and complex technical ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately to a diverse audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in course delivery and instructing, including preparation of technical training courses using multiple methods of learning.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in developing and conducting training or education of personnel within the cyber domain.
• Demonstrated experience designing lessons and crafting lesson plans and/or instructor guides incorporating adult learning principles and all essential elements for instruction.
• Minimum three (3) years of Sponsor-specific cyber operational experience.
• Demonstrated experience operating in Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) and unclassified environments.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have active Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain FSP clearance.

Physical Requirements:

The person in this position will be expected to work at customer site in a classified environment for certain aspects of the role. In addition, the person in this position will be expected to spend some of their time providing instruction at an offsite, UNCLASS location.
