About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Instructor to join our team in the CNO Operations department. As a Cyber Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and presenting complex training programs for customers and in-house employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs on complex cyber topics, utilizing adult learning principles and multiple methods of learning.
  • Assess trainees to measure their learning progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training presentations.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and staff officers to identify program needs and schedule programs.
  • Provide guidance and direction to less experienced trainers, utilizing strong technical and training skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in course delivery and instruction, including preparation of technical training courses using multiple methods of learning.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills, including expressing facts and complex technical ideas clearly and accurately to a diverse audience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Sponsor-specific cyber operational experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in course delivery and instruction, including preparation of technical training courses using multiple methods of learning.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in developing and conducting training or education of personnel within the cyber domain.
  • Demonstrated experience designing lessons and crafting lesson plans and/or instructor guides incorporating adult learning principles and all essential elements for instruction.
  • Minimum 3 years of Sponsor-specific cyber operational experience.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) and unclassified environments.
Clearance Requirements
  • Must have active Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain FSP clearance.
Physical Requirements

The person in this position will be expected to work at customer sites in a classified environment for certain aspects of the role. In addition, the person in this position will be expected to spend some time providing instruction at an offsite, unclassified location.
