Below are the key responsibilities:
- Oversee inmate vocational programs and manage specialized caseloads
- Deliver counseling, classification assessments, and crisis intervention support
- Facilitate treatment initiatives and pre-release planning for inmates
Essential Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Experience in counseling, rehabilitation, or case management
Familiarity with counseling methodologies and behavior modification techniques
Ability to effectively engage with inmates and proficiently use Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge in Social Services, Counseling, or Criminal Justice
Experience in adult counseling or correctional settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
