Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote optimal health and well-being
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
