We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care.

Job Summary:

As a Pediatric Nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled pediatric care to patients in their homes, ensuring their medical needs are met and their well-being is prioritized.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Current RN/LVN license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
