Job Summary

The Network Trainer is a key member of the JSN Networks team, responsible for executing all training and development programs throughout the network. This includes the development and facilitation of systems and processes for Dunkin' Donuts and/or Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins combo restaurants, as well as the roll-out of new products, food safety initiatives, and other programs specific to the Franchisee network.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Environment
  • Execute training activities within the network to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation for restaurant employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Schedule and facilitate classroom-based learning for the network to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Partner with Franchisee Leadership Team to identify and develop internal candidates for succession planning.
Operational Excellence
  • Create and maintain a people-first culture in the restaurant, prioritizing employee engagement and well-being.
  • Monitor, follow up, and report training progress to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and retraining to ensure employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, as well as complying with all applicable laws.
  • Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed consistently across the network.
  • Prepare, complete, and follow up on action plans for implementing production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards, and identify systems to drive performance.
  • Conduct restaurant assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Profitability
  • Identify and support systems to control costs and optimize resources.
  • Ensure tools and systems are in place to roll out new products, systems, and processes efficiently.
  • Support sales goals by tracking results, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions to drive revenue growth.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
