Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our banking center team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, developing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with other lines of business to maximize growth and profitability of the banking center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including small business owners and individuals
  • Work with other lines of business to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Manage and develop a team of banking center staff, including coaching, training, and performance management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous retail banking and managerial experience
  • Previous business development experience and experience working with small business customers
