  • Operational Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis skills to deeply analyze operational data, identify issues and opportunities, and propose improvement recommendations and solutions.
  • Logistics Warehouse and Distribution Operations: Ensure efficient management of logistics warehouse and distribution operations, including facility management, personnel management, and operational cost control.
  • Logistics Planning Strategies: Develop and execute logistics planning strategies to support the company's long-term development goals.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth alignment of logistics activities with other departments.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop team members to enhance team performance and professional capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in logistics operations management in North America, with experience in B2B and B2C operations management.
  • Skills: Proficient in using data analysis tools and technologies to extract valuable insights from big data, experience in managing local logistics warehouse and distribution operations in North America, experience in logistics cost analysis and management to effectively control and optimize costs, experience in coordinating cross-border logistics, international trade, and air-sea logistics management.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage complex relationships and processes within the supply chain, strategic thinking and execution capabilities to develop and implement logistics planning and optimization solutions, strong team leadership and team-building skills to motivate team members to achieve common goals.
