Timely deliveries, typically scheduled for the morning hours, are essential. Adhering to specific protocols for product check-in at stores will facilitate compliance and seamless operations.

Maintaining attractive floral displays is a vital part of this role. You will be tasked with arranging and rotating stock to ensure freshness and aesthetic appeal. Removing unsellable or outdated items, cleaning display areas, and upholding presentation standards will guarantee that our floral offerings remain visually stunning. Conducting stock assessments and collaborating with the team for efficient inventory replenishment is crucial, as is preparing for subsequent deliveries. To maintain quality assurance, you will document completed displays through photographs and share them with your supervisor for evaluation and feedback.

Effective product management is another key responsibility. It is important to ensure that product labels are accurate, including item descriptions, UPCs, and expiration dates. You will handle and merchandise a diverse range of floral products, such as cut flowers, bouquets, and arrangements. Working closely with the team to adjust orders based on sales patterns and inventory levels will support optimal stock management.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess a valid driver's license and the capability to operate a cargo van. A clean driving record, free from DUIs or cellphone-related violations, is mandatory. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate basic mathematical skills along with the ability to follow written instructions. Familiarity with flower care and handling is advantageous, as are strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
