We are currently seeking a qualified Certified Dietary Manager. The primary responsibilities include:
Assisting in the planning, organization, development, and management of the Dietary Department's overall operations in compliance with existing federal, state, and local regulations. This role also involves ensuring that high-quality nutritional services are delivered consistently and that the Dietary Department is kept in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification from the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
- Successful completion of a certified Dietary Manager Examination.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice management.
- Strong mathematical abilities.
- Highly organized and responsible individual.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
