We are currently seeking a qualified Certified Dietary Manager. The primary responsibilities include:

Assisting in the planning, organization, development, and management of the Dietary Department's overall operations in compliance with existing federal, state, and local regulations. This role also involves ensuring that high-quality nutritional services are delivered consistently and that the Dietary Department is kept in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Certification from the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
  2. Successful completion of a certified Dietary Manager Examination.
  3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in foodservice management.
  4. Strong mathematical abilities.
  5. Highly organized and responsible individual.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
