Job Title: Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supervisor, Manufacturing to join our team at Enovis. As a key member of our Distribution Department, you will play a critical role in driving the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all operational activities to meet organizational goals, regarding safety, quality, output, and cost objectives.
  • Prioritize customer order schedules and demands based on new product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
  • Plan and administer procedures and budgets.
  • Makes budgetary recommendations and at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and labor.
  • Develops schedules and labor requirements for assigned areas.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Receives assignments in the form of goals and objectives and the process by which to meet goals.
  • Directs subordinates on predetermined work assignments which are completed using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
  • Supervises and tracks employees and may occasionally perform similar work as their subordinates.
  • Frequently advises others on complex matters.
  • Ensures that government regulations and company standards are achieved and maintained in production and quality control.
  • Participates in production and capacity planning.
  • Leads a team of direct hourly production employees.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years related to manufacturing leadership experience.
  • A 4-year degree in the field of Engineering, Business, or Operations.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a regulated environment, medical devices, Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical, aerospace.
  • Ability to drive change; approaches new strategies and assignments with a can-do attitude; adapts quickly.
  • Ability to work under general direction, high level of confidentiality, and collaboration with the team.
  • Strong communication skills with a continuous learner mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills include persuasion, interpretation, discretion, and being an approachable, patient, and active listener.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills relating to a diversified, moderately complex issue.
