Position Summary:
As a key member of SERVPRO of AMS Trading, Inc., the Construction Manager will oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction are met. This role involves managing a diverse range of construction activities and leading a dedicated team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all construction operations to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the construction team and delegate tasks to site superintendents.
  • Establish and monitor project timelines, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for each project, including contracts, change orders, and photographic records.
  • Conduct end-of-day and end-of-project reviews with superintendents to assess progress and address any issues.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Demonstrated experience in construction management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve production goals while maintaining profitability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
  • Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
  • Exposure to high noise levels typical of construction sites.
  • Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
