Client Support Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Support Professional to join our team at Apex Talent Solutions LLC. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer requests through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer support, client services, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits
  • $50,000 - $70,000 per year (estimated salary)
