Responsibilities

The Restaurant Director of Training will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that drive growth and excellence in our restaurant operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing training programs for restaurant operations, home office, and catering office teams
  • Leading cross-functional leaders to assess and make recommendations on ongoing and future training needs
  • Establishing goals and programs that drive growth for the organization
  • Upgrading and updating training tools and systems to ensure high-quality, effective, and efficient training
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-level, multi-unit training position
  • Demonstrated success in previous positions with a focus on training and development
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills
