Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Providing responsive and courteous service to residents, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Managing all aspects of the leasing cycle, including marketing vacant units, processing new applications, entering payments, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess the following requirements and qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive property management experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other general office equipment.
  • A proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary range starting at $70,000/year, medical and dental insurance, fully-paid life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holiday time. May be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
