Responsibilities
As a Property Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service by responding promptly to resident inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Overseeing all aspects of the leasing cycle, including marketing vacant units, processing new applications, entering payments, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs.
- Maintaining accurate records and performing regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Cultivating strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A minimum of 2 years of progressive property management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other general office equipment.
- A proactive problem solver with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range starting at $70,000/year, based on qualifications and experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will also receive benefits such as medical and dental insurance, fully-paid life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holiday time. May be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.
