Property Condition Technician

Landsman Real Estate Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Condition Technician to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of our properties. The successful candidate will possess a mechanical aptitude and be skilled in using hand tools and operating heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address issues promptly.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and submit reports to management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a trade preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
