Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers, following up with customers, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Service Department Management: Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, build computerized repair orders, and source parts.
- Leadership: Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, while keeping in tune with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory counts and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- General Automotive Knowledge: Possess general automotive knowledge and excellent customer service disposition.
- Leadership Ability: Demonstrate leadership ability, team building skills, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license.
