Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect with project management and construction administration experience to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing business, preparing proposals, managing scopes, schedules, and budgets, and coordinating internal team members and external subconsultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic business development utilizing existing and targeted new clients with strong support from the V3 sales team.
  • Preparing proposals and marketing collateral with support from the V3 marketing team.
  • Developing and managing scopes, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects.
  • Identifying scope creep and communicating the need for contract change orders with clients in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating and leading internal team members and external subconsultants to meet design objectives and achieve project milestones.
  • Preparing cost estimates with support from the V3 construction estimation team.
  • Managing and tracking time and expenses efficiently, and invoicing clients in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • B.S. degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university is required.
  • Landscape Architect registration with at least five years of practical experience.
  • Project management experience with a variety of landscape architecture project types and scales.
  • Experience with construction administration and contractor oversight on a variety of landscape architecture projects.
  • A network of client and professional contacts from which new business can be developed.
  • A portfolio representing significant involvement in high-quality design work.
