Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Services Coordinator II to join our team at New Season Treatment Centers. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily duties of clinicians to ensure compliance with local, state, and Federal Regulations, as well as CMG, LP policy and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, and regulations within the allocated budget for the clinic.
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote the development of counseling skills and quality of care for patients.
  • Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff as required.
  • Review, sign, and date all appropriate documentation required.
  • Document patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
  • Report patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation as required.
  • Assist in monitoring all patient activities on center premises.
  • Participate in community relations activities as directed and authorized.
  • Ensure compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA).
  • Obtain or maintain proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements.
  • Participate in all staff meetings.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and licensure and/or certification as needed per individual state requirements.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of management experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year's experience in substance abuse or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership and time management skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to operate in an open work area with moderate everyday noise. Will travel up to 25% locally to support multiple clinics as needed.
